Product Description

Emerson KC3010X1-BK1 is an 8-channel HART analog output hot-swappable I/O card for Emerson DeltaV S-Series DCS system. It outputs standard 4-20mA / 0~10VDC analog signals and supports HART 7 protocol to control field actuators such as valve positioners and I/P converters. Each channel has independent short-circuit protection with on-board LED status indicators. Redundant card configuration is available. Mounted in DeltaV I/O chassis and communicates with DeltaV controllers via local bus. Built-in online diagnostics monitors loop faults. Hot-swap is supported without system shutdown, widely used for closed-loop process control in process industries.
