The Emerson P144.R4 (Part No. 7281440, Order No. DA7281440) is a high-performance intelligent mixed I/O acquisition card customized for Daniel Spectra 600 and FloBoss S600+ flow computers. It integrates multi-channel analog, temperature and digital signal acquisition and output, and supports HART protocol communication. Featuring high precision, excellent stability and wide temperature adaptability, the card realizes one-stop collection and closed-loop control of on-site process signals such as pressure, flow, temperature and valve position.
As a core expansion accessory of Emerson natural gas flow metering systems, it is widely used in oil and gas custody transfer metering and industrial process monitoring.
