Core Measurement Functions
Axial Displacement Monitoring
Monitoring of axial movement of turbine and compressor thrust bearing rotor in steam turbines and compressors to prevent friction and collision between moving and stationary parts, which is a key measurement point for ETS protection of the unit.
Radial Axial Vibration Measurement
Installing two probes at 90° orthogonal positions at the bearing seat to collect the amplitude of the radial vibration of the rotating shaft, to determine rotor imbalance, misalignment, and bearing wear faults.
Thermal Expansion Difference, Eccentricity, Valve Position Gap Measurement
Monitoring the thermal expansion difference between the rotor and the cylinder of the steam turbine, shaft bending eccentricity, and valve opening gap.
Phase Speed Collection
Combining with the keyway on the shaft, output synchronous pulse signals for vibration phase analysis and fault spectrum diagnosis.

System Composition
PR6424 Probe Body: M18 thread installation, sensing changes in shaft clearance
11-meter armored extension cable: shielded for anti-interference, connecting the probe and the preamplifier
CON Series Preamplifier: providing high-frequency oscillation excitation, converting the clearance signal linearly into a 0 – -20VDC voltage signal, uploading to the monitoring framework
MMS6000 Monitoring Module: signal acquisition, over-limit alarm, interlock shutdown protection

Typical Application Scenarios
Safety Monitoring of Axial Vibration, Axial Displacement, and Thermal Expansion Difference in Steam Turbine Generators of Thermal Power Plants and Gas Turbine Power Plants
Equipment Protection for Petrochemical Centrifugal Compressors, Large Fans, and Booster Units
Online Monitoring of the State of Large High-Speed Rotating Equipment in Metallurgy, Mining, and Water Supply
Sensor Spare Parts Replacement for Old EPRO MMS Systems and Unit Vibration Protection Renovation
