Emerson Rosemount X-STREAM XEFD-TCD is a flameproof continuous gas analyzer. XEFD refers to cast aluminum flameproof enclosure, and TCD means equipped with Thermal Conductivity Detector module. It belongs to X-STREAM Enhanced series. Adopting IntrinzX analytical technology, the unit has IP66 / NEMA4X protection rating with global hazardous area approvals for Zone 1 explosive environments. It can measure up to 5 gas components simultaneously in one unit. The TCD cell is specially designed for concentration measurement of gases with distinctive thermal conductivity such as hydrogen and helium. It is equipped with large LCD display and soft keys, supports web remote access, data storage and event logging. Modular construction simplifies on-site maintenance and component replacement, delivering reliable on-line gas analysis for petrochemical and hydrogen production processes.
