Emerson SE3007 (KJ2005X1-BK1, part number 12P4688X032) is the SX series DCS controller module for DeltaV distributed control system, acting as the core main processing unit. It executes process PID regulation, sequence control, interlock logic, I/O data acquisition and network communication. Redundant dual-controller configuration is supported with bumpless transfer between primary and standby to eliminate single point of failure. It has built-in comprehensive hardware self-diagnosis. Front panel LED indicators display power, run, communication and fault status in real time. Hot-swappable modular design allows in-service replacement, compatible with DeltaV S-series I/O cards for stable control in continuous process plants.
