EPRO CON041/SF Pre-amplifier

Product Description

CON041/SF is an eddy current transducer (signal converter) of Emerson EPRO series, the signal conditioning unit for non‑contact displacement monitoring on rotating machinery. It matches PR6423 and PR6424 eddy current probes and extension cables. The converter converts gap variation signals from the probe into standard negative voltage output, with built‑in sensor wire break and short‑circuit self‑diagnosis. The SF variant is the standard field version, DIN‑rail mount, compact and stable. It complies with API 670 and is widely used for shaft vibration, axial position, eccentricity and differential expansion monitoring. It is an essential sensor accessory for turbine and compressor machinery protection systems.
