Core Hardware Functions
Dual Bus Isolation Forwarding
Back-end: Backplane System Bus, connects to the F-CPU Safety Controller;
Front-end: I/O On-site Bus, drives all digital / analog safety IO on the rack;
Two buses are electrically isolated, blocking on-site interference and shock to the main control CPU.
Global Watchdog Monitoring for I/O
Continuous inspection of all mounted IO cards’ communication, power supply, and channel faults; if IO breaks / short circuit / card failure, immediately upload the fault to the CPU and trigger a safety diagnostic alarm.
Safety Data Verification
Perform three-out-of-three voting verification for all incoming and outgoing IO signals, single-channel failure does not affect the safe logic operation, in line with IEC61508 SIL3 fault-tolerant standard.
Fault Diagnosis Indicator Lights
Panel multiple groups of LEDs: operation, bus fault, I/O bus short circuit, watchdog abnormality, power alarm, local quick location of communication faults.
