Whole Machine Forced Cooling

Fan Fault Monitoring
An internal fan speed detection circuit is built-in. If any fan stops rotating or has a low speed, a fault alarm will be uploaded to the F-IOP01 I/O bus module, triggering an upper-level alarm on the DCS.
Safety Redundant Cooling Design
Even if one fan fails, the remaining two can still maintain basic cooling. It does not trigger ESD shutdown for a short period, leaving a window for maintenance and spare parts replacement, in line with SIL3 fault-tolerant design.
Air duct dust-proof metal mesh cover, facilitating on-site cleaning and maintenance, suitable for dusty conditions in power plants, chemical plants, and petrochemical plants.
