Core Functions
UV Ultraviolet Flame Detection: Captures ultraviolet rays emitted by gas, fuel, and coal flames. It is not affected by visible light in the furnace or high-temperature infrared radiation, avoiding false detections.
Dynamic Self-Testing Function: Built-in shading shutter for periodic self-testing. It detects whether the ultraviolet lamp tube is damaged and whether the probe is clogged and ineffective in real time, eliminating “false alarms when there is fire and false alarms when there is no fire” safety hazards.
The detection signal is transmitted to the matching flame amplifier, and the combustion controller determines whether there is a flame based on the signal. When the flame is extinguished, it quickly cuts off the fuel valve, providing explosion-proof protection.
