Honeywell C7012F1052 Ultraviolet Flame Detector
Product Description
C7012F1052 (Purple Peeper®) Explosion-proof Dynamic Self-Detecting Ultraviolet Flame Detector, from Honeywell’s Combustion Safety Products in the United States.
It adopts the UV ultraviolet sensing principle to detect the ultraviolet radiation generated by gas, fuel, and coal combustion; it is equipped with a built-in dynamic self-check shutter mechanism, supporting 24-hour continuous operation; it has an explosion-proof housing, suitable for hazardous explosion-proof environments, and needs to be used in combination with flame amplifier / combustion controller (R7247C/R7847C/RM7800 series), and cannot work independently; it realizes flame monitoring and flameout protection functions. USA.

Product Performance
1. Dynamic shutter self-checking function enables continuous operation under combustion conditions for a long time. Regular checks are conducted to determine if the sensors have failed, preventing false detection of flames due to detector malfunctions.
2. Ultraviolet spectrum detection, capable of responding to gas, fuel, and coal fire flames, filtering out some visible light interference.
3. Explosion-proof housing, allowing direct installation in flammable and explosive hazardous areas.
4. Quartz observation window and ultraviolet detection tube support on-site replacement for easy maintenance.
5. Supports parallel connection of multiple detectors to reduce the probability of false shutdown in complex working conditions.
6. Must be matched with Honeywell’s dedicated flame amplifier and cannot be directly connected to ordinary PLC.
