FS‑SDIL‑1608 is a high‑integrity safety digital input module for Honeywell Safety Manager / FSC SIS safety instrumented system. It provides 16‑channel loop‑monitored inputs for NAMUR (DIN 19234) proximity sensors and dry‑contact field signals. Comprehensive diagnostics detect wire‑break, short‑circuit and earth‑fault conditions. On‑board LED indicators show channel and module health status. It communicates with safety controller via backplane bus and supports redundant system architecture, certified SIL3 according to IEC 61508. Designed for ESD emergency shutdown and F&G fire‑gas interlock signal acquisition. Rack‑mount unit for Safety Manager system, widely used for spare‑part replacement and legacy‑system maintenance in process industry.
