Core Detection Principle
Adopt NDIR infrared spectroscopic absorption detection technology, precisely and quantitatively detecting gases through specific infrared wavelength bands:
Refrigerants (R134a, R22, HCFC, HFC), methane, propane, hydrocarbon solvents, refrigerant leakage gases;
Not affected by water vapor, dust, or ordinary temperature and humidity, compared to catalytic combustion sensors, there is no risk of poisoning and failure, and has a longer lifespan.

Multi-point Round-Robin Leak Monitoring
One host can cyclically collect up to 8 on-site sampling pipelines, centralized monitoring of gas leaks in refrigeration rooms, substations, and refrigerant workshops.
Multi-level Safety Alarm Interlock
Three-level gas concentration alarms + equipment failure alarms, relay hard-point contacts can directly link to exhaust fans, sound and light alarms, ESD safety shutdown circuits.
Remote Expansion Alarm
Through RS485 connection to the remote relay cabinet, alarm contacts can be scatteredly arranged in the duty room, on-site local control cabinets.
Data Upload and Self-Diagnosis
Can upload real-time gas concentration, channel status, fault codes to DCS system via Modbus protocol; has self-check functions for gas path blockage, pump failure, sensor failure.
Range Calibration, Alarm Self-Synchronization
Support single-point/multi-point standard gas calibration, alarms can be set to self-synchronized mode, and need to be manually reset to be released.
