Core Working Principle
Only captures ultraviolet radiation from the combustion of hydrocarbon fuels, a day-blind sensor:
Sunlight, furnace high-temperature infrared, workshop lighting, and electric welding strong light will not cause false detection
The internal phototube of the probe converts the ultraviolet signal of the flame into a weak electrical signal, which is transmitted through the armored cable to the EG1033 flame amplifier module inside the control cabinet
The amplifier processes and outputs switch quantity / analog quantity signals to FSSS, turbine control system, to achieve flameout protection, ignition detection, and re-ignition interlock trip, preventing gas explosion accidents
Core Functions
Ignition Phase: Detects whether the ignition gun and main burner flames have been successfully ignited
Normal Operation: Continuously monitors the presence of the flame in real time. Once the flame goes out, it immediately triggers the emergency cut-off of the fuel valve
Strong Anti-interference: Eliminates false alarms and interlocks caused by strong light, high-temperature smoke, and electromagnetic interference
Long-distance stable signal transmission, suitable for large-scale gas turbines, power plant boilers with long-distance installation scenarios
