Product Description

Model: MC-PLAM02 (Part No.:51304362-150) MC-PLAM02 is the Low Level Analog Multiplexer Processor Card (LLMUX Processor) for Honeywell UCN / TDC3000 DCS system, matched with MC-TAMR04 FTA terminal assembly. It collects, multiplexes and processes weak millivolt low-level signals from thermocouple (TC) and RTD platinum resistance sensors, performs signal conditioning, A/D conversion and open wire diagnosis, then transmits processed data to UCN network. The PCB is conformal coated with dust, moisture and corrosion resistance. It provides channel isolation and noise immunity. Designed for high-density multi-point temperature acquisition, it acts as the core processor board for temperature monitoring loop of TDC3000 system and widely used as spare parts for legacy systems.
