HONEYWELL RM7823A1016 is a microprocessor-based integrated flame switch and burner controller of Honeywell 7800 series, serving as the core safety control component for industrial boilers and combustion equipment. It supports multiple flame detection modes including rectification, ultraviolet (UV) and infrared (IR). Equipped with a high-precision microprocessor system, it automatically completes combustion sequence control, real-time flame monitoring, fault diagnosis and safety interlock protection. Compared with traditional mechanical control modules, it features higher control accuracy and operational stability.
Equipped with two standard SPDT relay outputs, it can be matched with 7800 series amplifiers to expand control functions. Built-in professional anti-electromagnetic interference design enables stable operation under harsh industrial conditions with high temperature, dust and strong electromagnetic interference. Supporting Modbus RTU communication, it connects with upper control systems for data uploading, status monitoring and remote operation and maintenance.
