Product Description

TMG740-3 is an industrial burner control unit from Honeywell (Satronic). It provides sequence control and flame safety supervision for forced draught single-stage / two-stage dual fuel oil/gas burners. It also supports multi-stage or modulating burners and direct air heaters. It works with ionisation probes, UV or IR flame detectors. It integrates full sequence logic including pre-purge, ignition, flame monitoring and flame-fail safety lockout. It latches on fault and requires manual reset. TMG740-3 is drop-in interchangeable with legacy TMG740-1 and TMG740-2, widely used as safety spare for boilers and industrial furnaces.

Application

For forced draught gas, oil and dual-fuel burners. Applied on steam boilers, hot water boilers, thermal oil heaters, direct-fired air heaters and heat-treatment furnaces. It executes furnace pre-purge, ignition valve control and continuous flame supervision. It cuts fuel supply and locks out immediately on flame loss to avoid explosion risk. Commonly used in heating, printing & dyeing, food, chemical and coating industries for burner maintenance and spare replacement.
