Extended logic interlock output
Collect up to 86 alarm, OK, and stop status signals from MPC4 and AMC8 in the rack through software configuration, and realize complex logical operations, supporting 3-out-of-2 voting in 2003, delay interlock, multi-condition combined trip, compensating for the logical capability deficiency of RLC16 ordinary relay card.
8 programmable relay contacts
Can be flexibly configured in two modes:
8 SPDT single-pole double-throw independent relays
4 DPDT double-pole double-throw redundant relays
Relay mode customization
Can set normal excitation (NE) / normal de-excitation (NDE), support trip delay, holding delay, compatible with ESD emergency shutdown, unit interlock protection specifications.
System fault diagnosis
Board self-check, slot matching verification, communication failure alarm, front panel LED intuitive display of operation, fault, and relay action status.
Upper-level software configuration
Special IRC4 Configurator software for independent logic configuration, configuration parameters can be downloaded, backed up, uploaded, and can be linked with X-Vu monitoring software for alarm recording.

Hardware Electrical Parameters
Terminal Configuration: Two sets of terminal blocks on the back, each set has 16 screw terminals, totaling 32 wiring terminals, all relay contacts are fully extended to the terminal blocks.

Power Supply Method: Powered by the internal backplane of VM600 rack, no need for external separate power supply.
