Product Description

VIBRO-METER (Meggitt) 200-566-000-HHH  (IOC4) is the IOC4 input/output daughter card for VM600 machinery protection platform, working as rear interface card paired with MPC4 protection main board. It adopts CPCI rack plug-in form factor. Serving as front-end signal conditioning and external I/O interface unit, it handles sensor signal routing, isolated 4-20mA analog outputs, digital I/O and communication expansion. Working together with MPC4 main protection card, it buffers and isolates vibration, shaft displacement and speed signals, transmits machine monitoring data to DCS/SCADA. Configurable via VibroSight software, it complies with API670 rotating machinery protection standard and extends signal interfaces for turbomachinery protection systems.
