Product Description

VIBRO-METER (Meggitt) 200-510-076-114 (MPC4) is a 4-channel machinery protection card for the VM600 platform, designed to API 670 and ISO 10816 standards. It accepts inputs from eddy current proximity probes and IEPE accelerometers, and measures shaft radial vibration, casing vibration, shaft displacement and keyphasor speed signals in real time. The module adopts dual independent signal processing architecture; safety trip path is separated from condition monitoring analytics with fast trip response. It provides sensor health check, vector vibration alarming, phase analysis and overspeed protection. Certified SIL2, this CPCI rack card serves as core protection hardware for gas turbines, steam turbines and compressors, and can communicate with DCS / SCADA for remote monitoring and fault diagnostics.
