After installation, it automatically identifies the full stroke of the valve, self-learns PID parameters, positive and reverse actions, and can be put into operation in a few minutes; it can also be manually finely adjusted for gain/damping, suitable for stuck valves, quick-cut valves.
2. HART Bidirectional Digital Operation and Maintenance
DCS realizes opening control through 4–20mA, and HART can remotely read: real-time valve position, air source pressure, actuator chamber pressure, internal temperature, operation times
