RELIANCE S-D4012 is an upgraded dual-channel high-power IGBT isolation driver board from Ryan Electric, which is compatible with VZ7000 high-voltage frequency conversion and the 7000 series DC four-quadrant high-power transmission power units. It realizes IGBT gate signal isolation amplification, real-time fault monitoring, rapid pulse blocking and status feedback, and belongs to the core trigger board card of the heavy-load power conversion equipment power circuit.
