Product Description
RELIANCE S-D4008 is a dual-channel IGBT isolation driver board produced by Ryan Electric. It is used in conjunction with VZ7000 high-voltage variable frequency and high-power direct current transmission power units, responsible for the drive amplification, short-circuit protection, and operation status signal feedback of power IGBTs. It is a core triggering control board in the power circuit.
