Online Monitoring and Diagnostic Functionality
Outputs process parameters including vibration peak-to-peak, RMS, peak values, and gap voltage; supports early fault analysis for bearing faults, rotor imbalance, misalignment, etc.; BNC front-end allows direct access to raw sensor buffered signals for convenient on-site oscilloscope debugging
Rich Signal and Alarm Outputs
When paired with the IOC4T card: 4 channels of 4–20 mA / 0–10 V analog outputs, 4 user-programmable alarm relays, and 1 system status relay; supports alarm logic combining AND/OR/majority voting operations
