Product Description

Woodward 5441-693 is a relay-type discrete I/O terminal module for Woodward turbine control systems. It is designed for gas turbine and steam turbine control units to acquire digital on/off signals and drive field devices via relay outputs. The module integrates multiple optically isolated digital inputs and built-in relay output channels, with terminal blocks directly connected to field sensors, solenoid valves, alarm loops and interlock equipment. It has per-channel LED status indicators and millisecond-level time stamping for input signals to capture turbine interlock events rapidly. DIN rail mounting with electrical isolation between inputs and outputs protects the main controller from field surge and interference. This model is end-of-life from OEM and supplied as spare parts for existing turbine units.
