Product Description

Woodward 5466-1050 is a Simplex High Density Discrete I/O Module (HDDIO Smart-Plus) of Woodward MicroNet series, integrating 48 digital inputs and 24 digital outputs. It is designed for gas turbine, steam turbine and compressor control systems of MicroNet turbine control platform. The module accepts dry contact signals, with wetting voltage configurable for either 24VDC or 125VDC. It adopts rack pluggable design and supports online hot-swap. No on-site calibration required; there are no potentiometers on front panel, direct replacement with the same part number is available. It communicates with MicroNet main controller via chassis backplane bus, collects interlock, alarm and status switch signals from field side, and outputs discrete signals to drive solenoid valves, alarm lamps and other field devices. Built-in channel diagnostics for critical power and oil & gas turbine units. This model is end-of-life by OEM and supplied as spare parts for legacy turbine projects.
