Woodward 5484-803 (Plus 6) is an integrated electronic actuator and governor control system, combining drive actuator and electronic speed controller. It adopts PID closed-loop control algorithm for precise speed and load control of engines and turbines. Rugged construction with high vibration resistance, can be mounted directly on engine. It accepts magnetic speed sensor signals and outputs torque to drive fuel regulating mechanism, with built-in fault diagnostics. It serves as core governor spare part for generator sets and gas/diesel engines under harsh industrial power conditions.
