Woodward 8280-1001 is a high-performance digital controller of the 723PLUS series with dual speed inputs, compatible with magnetic pickups (MPU) and proximity switches. It integrates torsional vibration filtering and load-sharing functions. It adopts GAP programmable logic, supports servo loop control, cascade control, configurable I/O and Modbus communication. The metal chassis is suitable for hazardous locations. It is designed for speed and process control of reciprocating engines, gas turbines and steam turbines. This part has been end-of-life.
