Product Description

WOODWARD 8440-2084 (IKD1M / IKD1) is a remote digital I/O expansion module designed for Woodward easYgen genset controllers. It communicates via CAN bus to expand the digital input and output channels of the main controller. The CAN ID is pre-configured at factory; the first unit is plug-and-play without CAN address modification. When cascading multiple units, the 2nd to 4th modules require CAN ID adjustment with the dedicated configuration tool. It is compatible with easYgen-2000 / 3000 / 3000XT, DTSC-200 and other power management controllers for remote discrete signal acquisition and relay output control. It is a standard I/O expansion unit for genset paralleling and power distribution systemsWoodward.
