WOODWARD 8516-039 (TG-13) mechanical-hydraulic steam turbine governor, classic mechanical-hydraulic speed control unit manufactured by Woodward USA for turbine speed regulation. This governor adopts self-contained sump and die-cast aluminum housing, featuring speed droop control. Its terminal shaft directly drives the turbine control valve to stabilize unit speed by mechanical-hydraulic closed-loop principle. It delivers high output torque with weatherproof enclosure for harsh industrial environments. No external hydraulic oil supply required. It is designed for steam turbines where isochronous constant-speed operation is not required, performing speed regulation, load control and overspeed protection interlock.
