Product Description
Woodward 9906-230 is a 2301A digital load sharing and speed controller, a classic microprocessor-based governor for gas engines, diesel engines and small steam turbines. It performs closed-loop speed regulation and parallel load sharing for multiple generator sets. It accepts speed signals from magnetic pickup (MPU) sensors and outputs drive signals for electro-hydraulic actuators. Built-in fault diagnostics and overspeed alarm logic are included. The load-share bus enables equal load distribution among paralleled units. With conformal coated PCB and high vibration tolerance, it is widely used in power generation, oil & gas gen-sets and prime mover control for compressors.
