Product Description

WOODWARD 9907-029 is an SPM-A synchronizer module with voltage matching function, dedicated synchronization control unit for generator grid paralleling. It collects real-time voltage, frequency and phase signals of generator and busbar, automatically adjusts unit speed and voltage. When paralleling conditions are met, it outputs breaker closing command to achieve bumpless synchronous paralleling between generator and power grid. It supports 50/60Hz power frequency, phase detection accuracy ±10°, voltage matching accuracy up to 1%. Compatible with Woodward 2301A and other speed governors. Equipped with status LED indicators on front panel for synchronization process monitoring and fault diagnosis. It is the core paralleling spare part in power station generator control cabinets.

Applications

Used for synchronous paralleling control of diesel generator sets, gas generator sets and small steam turbine generator sets. Widely applied in power plants, backup power stations, offshore platforms, factory captive power stations and marine power stations.
